其LOGO由16片石材被横切竖切之后形成的方块组成，通过简约的几何形状和线条，传递出产品所追求的极致与专业性。品牌色彩的选用——红色、灰色、黑色——进一步强化了简约优雅美。

The brand logo incorporates sixteen stone segments,precision-cut along horizontal and vertical axes to form geometric squares.Utilizing minimalist shapes and lines,it embodies the product's commitment to excellence and technical mastery.The signature color palette of crimson,slate gray,and jet black reinforces the brand's ethos of understated elegance.

A double-height atrium seamlessly connects the main functional areas across the first and second floors,enhancing spatial continuity while serving as both visual anchor and social hub for personnel and visitors.

石井办公楼的大门采用玻璃作为主体材料，营造出通透感与开放性，内部空间与其标志性的LOGO一目了然。这种设计不仅避免了封闭性，同时也起到了引导的作用，体现了石井工具有限公司开放包容的企业文化。

The office entrance employs glass as the primary cladding material,achieving visual permeability and spatial openness.The immediate visibility of interior spaces and the emblematic logo mitigates enclosure perceptions while optimizing visitor navigation—a design manifestation of ShiJing Tools'inclusive corporate culture.

前台设置在入口处的单层层高区域，与相接的大厅形成“先抑后扬”的空间节奏。低矮的单层区域压缩空间高度，营造出沉稳和聚焦的氛围，自然引导访客的视线。进一步深入空间，视野逐渐开阔，并被引向宽敞的挑空中庭。突显了空间的纵深感和仪式感，通过增强空间的层次为访客带来了由紧凑到开放的流畅体验。

The reception area,situated within a single-story annex at the entrance,establishes a spatial cadence of"compression followed by expansion."Lower ceiling heights in the vestibule cultivate an atmosphere of focused contemplation,naturally directing attention toward the adjacent grand atrium.Progressive spatial unveiling culminates in the voluminous central void,accentuating spatial profundity and ceremonial gravitas through layered transitions from intimate to expansive scales.

3-4楼则被定义为企业的研发和管理办公空间。3楼的空间环绕一个精致的瓦砖小花园展开，蜿蜒的连廊实现了室内与室外空间的最大化连通，为员工提供了一个绿意盎然的休息和思考空间，使自然之美与办公空间相融合。

Third-floor workspaces are enveloped by a meticulously curated tiled garden,with meandering corridors maximizing indoor-outdoor interconnectivity.This integration provides employees with verdant respite areas,harmonizing natural beauty with functional workspace.

四层的连廊、董事长办公室入口使用了柔和的灯光与错落有致的大面积矩形元素，并巧妙融入了水、石的元素，回归了石井公司“初心”——“对石材的灵活加工与运用”，和“如水般源源不断的创新”。

The fourth-floor corridor and chairman's office portal employ ambient illumination and staggered rectangular motifs,artfully synthesizing aqueous and lithic elements.This design allegory revisits ShiJing's foundational ethos:"artisanal stone craftsmanship"and"perpetual innovation akin to fluid dynamics."
